Apollo 11 Moon Landing

Nicky made a stop-motion animation using Etch-A-Sketch in colour of the Apollo 11 moon landing to celebrate 50 years since they did it.

It took longer for Nicky to make this than it took for those men to get to the moon and back!

​

The sounds were done using the small intricate sounds of the etch-a-sketch while working. And the piano tune was invented by the etch-a-sketch itself and transposed onto a piano by annA.

​

It was premiered in summer of 2019 and was an absolute triumph.
